Perfect for large families or groups traveling together, the home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 full kitchens, a game room, and plenty of space for up to 10 guests. The beach is just a quick 2 minute walk away, and back at the house you can enjoy your own private pool and outdoor lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to relax, spend time together, and enjoy everything Anna Maria Island has to offer!

This coastal home is a great setup for larger families or groups traveling together, with plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 full kitchens, and a washer and dryer on each floor. The top floor includes a spacious king bedroom with its own private bathroom, along with a second bedroom with two twin beds and an additional bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, including a king bedroom with its own private bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The second king bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom. Both floors have their own full kitchen, living area, and washer and dryer, making the layout especially convenient for multiple families or groups traveling together. On the ground level, you’ll find a casual lounge and game area with a foosball table. Just outside is the private pool and outdoor lounge area, fully enclosed with a locked gate. For beach days, we provide fresh beach towels, plenty of beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and beach toys for you to enjoy during your stay. And one of the best parts, the beach is just a quick 2 minute walk away!
House Rules
- Rental contract must be signed and returned prior to arrival or reservation may be canceled. - Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. - No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. - Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time unless approved by owner. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Other Details to Note
One of our favorite things about this home is how close you are to so many great spots on the island! Salt Bar & Table, one of our favorite restaurants in the area, is just a 7 minute walk away. If you’re looking for a little extra relaxation during your stay, Luna Wellness Center & Spa is right around the corner and a great spot to enjoy a relaxing spa day. Bridge Street is also close by, just a 5 minute golf cart ride or about a 15 minute walk from the house. There you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and places to explore. With the beach just a 2 minute walk away and so much within walking or golf cart distance, you can easily park the car and enjoy island life during your stay!

Find us
Getting around Anna Maria Island is easy, and there are plenty of options if you would rather leave the car at home! The free Anna Maria Island Trolley runs up and down the island along Gulf Drive, with stops located every few blocks. The trolley runs daily from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM and typically comes about every 20 minutes. There is a trolley stop just a short walk from the house, making it an easy way to explore the island. Another fun option is the Monkey Bus, a local transportation service that will pick you up and take you around Anna Maria Island. Rides are currently $5 per person, and children 10 and under ride free. Our home is also in a great walkable location. Bridge Street is about a 15 minute walk away, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, and plenty to explore. There are also several restaurants and local spots within walking distance of the house. Uber and Lyft are available on the island as well, although availability can vary depending on the time of day and season!
