This thoughtfully designed home is divided into two private condos, each with its own dedicated entrance and private living space! Sea Glass Cottage is located on the top floor and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds with an additional full bathroom. You’ll also have your own full kitchen, living area, and private washer and dryer for use during your stay. On the ground level, guests of both condos can enjoy the shared lounge and game area with a foosball table. Just outside is the pool and outdoor lounge area, which is shared only between the two condos and securely enclosed with a locked gate. You’ll have your own private condo to relax and unwind in, while the pool, outdoor area, and ground level lounge are shared with guests staying in the other condo.

- Rental contract must be signed and returned prior to arrival or reservation may be canceled. - Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. - No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. - Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

One of our favorite things about this home is how close you are to so many great spots on the island! Salt Bar & Table, one of our favorite restaurants in the area, is just a 7 minute walk away. If you’re looking for a little extra relaxation during your stay, Luna Wellness Center & Spa is right around the corner and a great spot to enjoy a relaxing spa day. Bridge Street is also close by, about a 15 minute walk from the house. There you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and places to explore. Planning a beach day is easy too! We provide fresh beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys for you to use during your stay. We keep plenty of beach chairs available for our guests! With the beach just a 2 minute walk away and so many great spots nearby, you can easily explore much of the area on foot and enjoy island life during your stay!
